Given the high level of Co-investment and combined experience of the Valore shareholders and their long term history of collaboration the benefits to fund will be the ability to be nimble, flexible and to act quickly when opportunities emerge.

Pelligra Group is a private Victorian-based Developer & Construction business with a wealth of experience developing all forms of property, particularly within the industrial and commercial sector. Pelligra also acts as a Project & Development Manager, which brings significant experience in structuring transactions with corporate owners, partners and Government bodies. The company prides itself on its Financial strength and stability, unequalled experience and understanding of development opportunities, Socially and Environmentally responsible practices, ability to offer outstanding value and processes designed to deliver excellent service.

Citinova is a leader in property development and asset management, specialising in residential, hotel, government, commercial and industrial property assets. Citinova creates unique developments that unlock values for partners and generate positive changes for the local community.

NBFI Secured Investments Ltd primarily manages investment funds and provides secured lending services. NBF has a significant track record in funds management covering real estate, infrastructure in both debt and equity deals. As well as being a shareholder in Valore, NBFI is the responsible manager and AFSL holder.

Peter Wright
Chairman

Peter has held many senior positions in multi-national corporations as well as start-ups as a founder over a 35 year period. He was an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank as well as a licensed fund manager in Singapore. Peter received one of first foreign private equity funds management licenses issued in Tianjin, China as well as a Capital Markets Services License in Singapore. Peter has extensive experience as a principal investor, senior adviser to major multinational companies and has an established network of investors globally. Peter has chaired both credit and investment committees in Australia, Singapore and China and is an established investor in financial services, real estate, hospitality, technology transfer, infrastructure and energy. Peter is Executive Chairman of NBFI Holdings Pty Ltd, a nonbank lender to SMEs and founder/CEO of CEP Energy, a leading renewable energy developer. He has previously held several public and private directorships as well as significant stakes in venture/development capital enterprises. Peter chairs the Valore Investment Partners Board as well as it’s Investment Committee. Peter completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of NSW.

Ross Pelligra

Ross learned to love building and construction at a young age and by the time he followed his father into the family business he knew he could be more than simply successful – he could also make a difference.

His passion for commercial, retail, industrial and residential development is more than matched by his affinity with people and communities, which is why he has always been determined to do business the right way, never putting profits ahead of integrity and undertaking projects with a long-term view.

Every project undertaken by the Pelligra Group has to measure up to the high benchmarks Ross has set throughout his career, ensuring that they are sensible, sustainable and satisfying to all parties.

Ross has travelled extensively to understand and assess best practice in design, development and urban renewal around the world and consequently his insight is highly regarded by planners and regulators at all levels of government.

Nathan Minicozzi
Director

Nathan is a passionate property professional. He holds diverse experience across all major asset classes, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, leisure, and infrastructure ventures. Throughout his career he has successfully delivered a vast number of sophisticated property developments projects partnering across both the private and public sectors in most states.

His experience stems from the ground up, where he commenced onsite and worked his way up through the corporate structure in the delivery of projects, overseeing design teams, managing authorities/government stakeholders, coordinating debt and equity structures and putting together syndicate partnerships.

​

He is one of the partners in Citinova where his role entails overseeing the daily operations, from acquisition, negotiations, design, research, finance, construction through to asset management, successfully leading the team and the groups external partners.

​

He holds a Master’s in Business Property, Graduate Certificate in Property, Graduate Certificate in Construction Management and Diploma of Building and Construction.
